Asked Questions
Find answers to any questions you may have in mind about our
products and tools. If you can’t find your answer at FAQ you can reach us via
our live support center.
What would we like to say when we post a review?
Ans. – It will be like a customer is sharing an experience after buying
something or after enjoying services from a business.
When and how do I have to pay
for the reviews I will order?
Ans. – When you provide the order details you have to pay for the order, we
support all the major payment methods online. If you want otherwise, or
pay with a specific method,
you
may intimate us what you want to, certainly, we try our best to meet your
criteria.
When may I claim the refund?
Ans. – If you find some reviews
are deleted by Google in the future, or if you find some reviews not useful
at all for your business then you may ask for a refund.
How do I have to claim for the
refund, perfectly?
Ans. – Just leave a message
with our support detailing all the proof of how many reviews are deleted
by Google or why you think reviews are not useful at all for your
business.
But keep in mind that you have to ask for a refund within 15 days of
submitting
these reviews.
Can I select the country from which I want reviews?
Ans. -Of course, you may have the selection and we will provide all the reviews
from the country you selected (with premium proxies)
Can I select different countries for getting reviews from there,
for the same business?
Ans. – No matter where you want
to get reviews from, you may ask for reviews from anywhere, and as we use
different devices and premium proxies, this will not be problematic for us, and
for your business.
Can I determine in the order details how
many reviews will be positive and how many are negative?
Ans. – Yes, you may do this and in that case, we will post all the reviews
according to what you want from us.
Can I use the same review content provided
by you for my other businesses?
Ans. – You should not do that in any case, when it will be found that reviews of
two businesses are the same, that will be harmful to both the businesses.
